The Courts have the power to make Non Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Judicial Findings that could have life changing consequences for you.

They can also send you to prison for breaching these Orders.

I can give you advice on your rights and responsibilities, try and resolve the dispute by negotiated agreement and represent you in court.

If you need to make an application for a Non Molestation or Occupation Order you will need an FL401 Application Form and write a Statement in Support.
